CODE OF CONDUCT
Review the Abuse Prevention Policy and Athlete/Parent Code of Conduct for Sapp's O-Line Academy. All participants must acknowledge these policies before training.
Abuse Prevention Policy
Appropriate Coach-Athlete Interaction
- Coaching contact will always be instructional and appropriate (demonstrating proper stance, footwork and hand placement)
- No unnecessary physical contact
- No private/isolated 1-on-1 situations behind closed doors
- Each session should be visible to parent/guardian or in open/public spaces
Communication Rules
- Communication with minors should include parents/guardians when possible
- No inappropriate texting, DMs or private social media conversations
Supervision Standards
- Parents/guardians are aware of session times and locations
Mandatory Reporting
- Suspected abuse, misconduct or inappropriate behavior will be documented and reported according to Florida Law
SAPP'S OLINE ACADEMY maintains zero tolerance for abuse, harassment, misconduct, bullying or inappropriate athlete interactions. Any violation may result in immediate removal and reporting to appropriate authorities when required.
Athlete/Parent Code of Conduct
Trainee/Athlete Expectations
- Be on time and come prepared to work
- Respect coaches, each other and facility staff
- Maximum effort and attitude every session
- Proper gear (cleats and water)
- No unsafe behavior at any time
Parent Expectations
- Respect coaches and staff
- Allow coaches to correct/instruct athletes
- Disruptive behavior is not permitted
- Concerns and questions are handled professionally after the session
- Contact Coach Sapp if you need to cancel a session after you advised you are attending
Safety Rules
- Report injuries immediately
- Coaches will remove athlete from training for health and safety concerns
- Stay hydrated
- Get proper rest and hydration before session
Payment
- Register and pay at sappolineacademy.com before session
- Please see Coach Sapp regarding missed and make-up sessions
I, the undersigned parent or legal guardian, acknowledge that SAPP'S OLINE ACADEMY reserves the right to remove any athlete or parent from training for unsafe, disruptive or disrespectful behavior without refund when necessary.
