Session Management
YOUR ADMIN PANEL
What It Does

The admin panel lets you post your upcoming training sessions directly to your website. When you add a session, it appears automatically in a banner at the top of your site — athletes see the date, time, location, price, and can register or add it to their calendar.

How to Access It

The admin panel is a file called sapp-admin.html. Open it in Chrome or Safari on your phone or laptop like a normal website. It will ask you to log in.

How to Post a New Session

Open sapp-admin.html in your browser and log in

Fill in Session 1: Session Name, Date, Time, Location, Price, What to Bring

Optional: fill in Session 2 if you have a second upcoming session

Click "Save & Update Website" — the green button at the bottom

Open your website in the same browser — the session ticker will appear at the top automatically

To add it to your personal calendar, click "Add to My Calendar" on the session card
After a session is done: Log back in, clear the session name, and save again. The ticker will hide itself automatically.

Athlete/parent fills out the registration form on your website

They must sign the waiver and upload a headshot before submitting

You receive an email with all their information — name, school, position, parent contact, session selected

Parent receives a confirmation email with session details, what to bring, and payment link

Parent gets a calendar invite to add the session directly to their phone calendar
